Αν για οποιοδήποτε λόγο δεν είστε ικανοποιημένοι με την αγορά σας, τα προϊόντα μπορούν να επιστραφούν εντός 14 ημερών από την ημερομηνία πρώτης προσπάθειας παράδοσης της παραγγελίας και μπορείτε να επιλέξετε μεταξύ αλλαγής είδους, παροχής πιστωτικού υπολοίπου (κουπόνι) ή επιστροφής χρημάτων. Προκειμένου να γίνει δεκτή η επιστροφή, όλα τα προϊόντα πρέπει να είναι σε άριστη κατάσταση με τις ετικέτες και την αρχική τους συσκευασία.
Επιστροφές δεν γίνονται δεκτές σε προϊόντα κατά παραγγελία και για προϊόντα που έχουν την ένδειξη «CUSTOM MADE» στην περιγραφή τους.
Η Erasmia Crochet Jewellery διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να αρνηθεί επιστροφές που δεν είναι εξουσιοδοτημένες ή/και δεν αποστέλλονται σύμφωνα με τους όρους επιστροφής που αναγράφονται λεπτομερώς στη παρούσα πολιτική επιστροφών. Σε περίπτωση μη-εγκεκριμένων ή μη αποδεκτών επιστροφών, τα προϊόντα θα επιστρέφονται στη διεύθυνση αποστολής της αρχικής παραγγελίας.
Τα προϊόντα μπορούν να αλλαχθούν με οποιοδήποτε διαθέσιμο ιδίου κόστους
Σε περίπτωση επιστροφής, ο πελάτης επιβαρύνεται με τα έξοδα αποστολής.
Σε περίπτωση που η παραγγελία επιστρέφεται από χώρα εκτός Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης ο πελάτης επιβαρύνεται και με τυχόν έξοδα εκτελωνισμού, φόρους και δασμούς.
Αν για οποιοδήποτε λόγο, δεν είστε ικανοποιημένοι με την αγορά σας, και επιθυμείτε να επιστρέψετε ένα ή περισσότερα προϊόντα από την παραγγελία σας, πρέπει απλά να επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας και να μας ενημερώσετε πριν την αποστολή επιστροφής.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the order’s FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT date.
In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been labelled CUSTOM MADE in the product description.
Erasmia Crochet Jewellery reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
Products can be exchanged for any other available product at the same cost.
In case you choose to return your order, you will be burdened with the shipping cost.
In case your order is returning from outside the EU, you will be additionally burdened with any other fees, duties and taxes imposed by customs authorities.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, and you wish to return one or more products from your order, you just need to contact us and let us know before sending a return.
Any return shipment should have tracking number and to be registered in order to avoid parcel loss.
